Terms & Conditions

The agreement between GharQ and the business subscribing to the platform.

Last updated 4 September 2026

1. Agreement

By creating or using an GharQ workspace you agree to these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts and roles

Each subscribing business has one admin account representing the organisation, and may create staff accounts within its plan limits. The admin is responsible for the actions of its staff accounts and for keeping credentials confidential.

3. Free trial

New workspaces receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the features of the selected plan. No payment is required to begin the trial, and we will remind you before it ends.

4. Subscription, billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices, limits and included features are those shown on the pricing page or agreed in writing at onboarding.

5. Expiry, grace period and account lock

We display warnings before a trial or subscription ends. After expiry a 7-day grace period applies, during which the expired state is clearly indicated. If payment is not completed by the end of the grace period, the account is locked: authorised users may still sign in and renew, but business data is not accessible or exportable until the subscription is renewed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access another business's workspace or data.
  • Probe, scan or interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
  • Upload unlawful content, malware, or data you have no right to store.
  • Resell or provide access to the platform outside your organisation without written agreement.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the records you enter. We process them to operate the service and, on request while your subscription is active, will provide an export in a machine-readable format.

8. Service availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical. Support is provided through the in-app ticket system according to your plan.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for non-payment or breach of these terms. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform supports your business decisions but does not make them. Compatibility scores are indicative guidance based on the data you enter, not a prediction or valuation. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the application or by email before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mohali, Punjab having jurisdiction.
