Our story
We spent months sitting in broking offices across Mohali, Chandigarh and Zirakpur watching how plots, flats and shops actually move. The pattern was always the same: strong relationships, sharp instinct for pricing — and information scattered across diaries, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads.
So we built GharQ around that reality instead of asking dealers to change how they work. Type-specific property forms. Follow-ups that never vanish. Matching that answers the one question that matters: who will buy this?
