Return & Cancellation Policy

GharQ is a software subscription, so a return means cancelling your plan and, where eligible, returning the unused portion of a payment.

Last updated 4 September 2026

1. What a return means for a subscription

There is no physical product to ship back. A return request is treated as a cancellation of the current subscription together with a request to return the amount paid, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings inside your workspace, or by writing to our support desk from the email address registered as the account owner.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your workspace stays usable until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Return eligibility

A first-time paid subscription may be returned within 7 days of that payment if the product does not work as described for your business.

  • The request must come from the registered account owner.
  • Requests raised after 7 days of the payment date are not eligible.
  • Renewals, plan upgrades and add-on charges are not eligible for return, because the trial and prior use already establish suitability.
  • Accounts suspended for misuse or non-compliance with our Terms are not eligible.

4. How to raise a request

Email our support desk with your business name, registered email, payment reference and a short description of the problem. We respond within one working day and confirm the outcome in writing.

5. Processing an approved return

Approved amounts are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Payment gateway or bank charges already deducted are not part of the returned amount.

6. Your data after cancellation

You can export your properties, customers and sales records before the paid period ends. After cancellation the workspace is locked, and data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate, then permanently deleted on request or at the end of that window.

7. Free trial

The 7-day trial involves no payment, so nothing needs to be returned. If you do not subscribe, the workspace simply moves to the expired state.
